Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire sprinkler inspection, testing and maintenance service to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• Maintain all Agency fire sprinkler systems in a safe, code-compliant, and fully operational condition by performing required inspections, testing, maintenance, and corrective repairs in accordance with Agency Fire Code requirements, while minimizing operational disruption• The City may require removal of Contractor personnel from the site for unsatisfactory performance, unprofessional, unethical behavior, or illegal activity• Provide reporting software, lift equipment, vehicles, tools, parts, and materials necessary for testing, repair, and modification• The Contractor must use equipment and methods that meet manufacturer recommendations and applicable code requirements• Alarm Acknowledgment & System Operation: Acknowledge all test and repair alarms at the fire panel and operate the fire sprinkler system during all testing activities without requiring agency staff assistance(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026(4) Non-Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026
