USA (Riverside, California) – Convention Center Management Operator Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide convention center management operator services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.- Assist the City in evaluating operational models, preparing and assisting in a competitive procurement process for a convention center operator, and supporting negotiation of the final management agreement.- There are eight (8) primary tasks to be performed:- Existing Conditions Review- Market Assessment and Operator Benchmarking- Procurement Strategy- Preparation of Request for Proposals- Procurement Administration- Proposal Evaluation(2) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
