USA (Maryland) – Wireless Fiber Photometry Systems

Vendor needs to provide wireless fiber photometry systems to the government authority located in Maryland.• This wireless fiber photometry system is small in size and has a wireless signal transmission distance that is 2 m in standard configuration and up to 5 m with an additional antenna.• The two new systems will complement two existing wired FP systems but allow neuronal data recording in experimental settings where animals are jumping and moving in the vertical direction, as non-human primates tend to do. • The wireless transmission means that there are no cords that impede the animal’s movement and introduce movement artifacts in the recorded signal.• Can be used for both rats and marmosets in the lab and contains a small head stage good for mice, rats, marmosets, etc.
