Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide local telecommunications service to the government authority located in North Carolina. • Maintain existing Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) services currently delivered with a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)–based solution.• This LTS will support the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365).
