Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide palo alto networks subscription and support renewals service.• Responding vendors must be capable of facilitating the renewal of the following Palo Alto Networks subscriptions and support services:• Premium Support Renewal, Advanced Threat Prevention Subscription Renewal, Prisma Access Agent Subscription Renewal, and Advanced WildFire Subscription Renewal. • Provide renewal terms for all listed products, including serial numbers and coverage dates.• Ensure compliance with US Government account requirements.• Support for multi-device and HA pair configurations.• Adherence to Palo Alto Networks EULA and EUSA terms and conditions.• Provide documentation of renewal, including certificates of conformance and proof of coverage.
