USA (Window Rock, Arizona) – Emergency Physician Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency physician service to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ. • Provide professional medical services or direct patient care services under the terms of this contract, appropriate and timely medical services in accordance with the standards of care established by recognized medical care organizations and in accordance with the policies and procedures of Service Unit's Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules & Regulations at Shiprock hospital.• Provide emergent/urgent services for other patients and in other situations if the need arises• Review clinical records and adhere to records documentation procedures to ensure that records
