(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-hosted enterprise survey and course evaluation solution.- Solutions that support enterprise survey administration, course evaluation management, or both, to meet the diverse assessment, feedback, and reporting needs of the university.- Provide a secure, accessible, and scalable platform that enables the University to design, distribute, manage, analyze, and retain survey and course evaluation data across academic and administrative units.- Ability to apply institutional and unit-level branding.- Support for multiple choice, text entry, rank order, matrix and table, slider, side-by-side, constant sum, drill down, Likert scale, net promoter score, file upload, and signature.- Simple, intuitive, accessible interface for survey creation, management, and analysis.- Logic, automation, and embedded data.- Distribute surveys via email invitations, anonymous links, and SMS messaging.- Retain evaluation data with full historical access to results, reports, and analytics for minimum 10 years, including archived courses and departed instructors.- Support multiple user roles: instructors, chairs, deans, administrators, IT staff, institutional research, and leadership.- Create custom evaluations with multiple question types (multiple-choice, Likert, ranking, matrix, open ended) and conditional logic.- Support customizable retention policies with automated archiving and secure deletion.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than June 8,2026.
