USA (Bristol, Connecticut) – Revaluation Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide revaluation services to the government authority located in Bristol, CT.• Assist the city assessor in making the complete reappraisal and revaluation of all real property within the corporate limits of city.• Sales analysis: Prior to the commencement of the valuation phase, the contractor is to perform an assessment sales study by class of property. The purpose is to establish the average ratio of current assessments to current sales prices.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
