Scope of Work
- Vendor needs to provide rental assistance demonstration (RAD) due diligence studies service to the government authority located in Morristown, TN. - Real estate due diligence studies associated with the rental assistance demonstration (RAD), including RAD physical condition assessment (RPCA); CNA E-Tool, environmental site assessment with 24 CFR Part 50/58 environmental review; and, engineered utility allowances.- A portfolio review of assets, liabilities, highest and best use, combined with incorporating TVHS expectations is imperative in the successful transformation of public housing to the more stable Section 8 rental assistance platform. - Analysis of engineering, environmental, and operational aspects of each asset in a portfolio can identify both limitations and opportunities for each property.- Mapping of the assets and analysis.- Analysis of utility bills and energy consumption.- Demographic study using HUD on-line tools.- Portfolio recapitalization review.
