Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide general grant coordination, grant management, and project management services to the government authority located in Mobile, AL.- Project reviewing and underwriting- General grant coordination and support including Action Plan amendments.- Document control and management.- Policy development and Review.- Program and financial compliance requirements and local financial procedural support.- Support of communications strategy.- Development of monitoring plans and execution of said plans.- Manage program operations for all CPF Projects.- IT Oversight as required.- Training and Outreach support for grant recipients, partners, and city staff.- Other support and consulting functions as required by city.- Performing Environmental Reviews for various projects consistent.
