Vendor needs to provide synchronization matrix- hazardous materials train derailment services to the government authority located in Florida.- Provide to design and deliver one (1) Synchronization Matrix Workshops and coordinate and evaluate a one (1) day full-scale exercise (FSE) simulating a large Hazardous materials Train Derailment- Provide project administration and management services necessary to ensure successful completion of the Hazardous Materials Train Derailment Full-Scale Exercise
