USA (Key West, Florida) – Social Services Transportation Disadvantaged Program Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide social services transportation disadvantaged program services to the government authority located in Key West, FL.- Provide comprehensive paratransit services- Provide adequate client support services for the scheduling and booking of transportation requests, including the ability for passengers to request, schedule, confirm, or cancel transportation services via telephone, email, digital scheduling software, mobile applications, client portals, or other technology-based customer service platforms utilized by the Contractor.- Door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services- Scheduling, dispatch, routing, and real-time trip management- Technology-based scheduling, dispatch, rider/client communications, and customer service platforms- Client registration, eligibility verification, and rider records management (including requested rides, provided rides, and declined rides, etc.)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
