Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide sludge handling and disposal services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.- Provide dewatered sludge (biosolids), grit, and screenings hauling, transportation, and disposal services for the City’s wastewater treatment facility.- Treatment Plant: Operates 24 hours, 365 days a year.- Office Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
