USA (Texas) – Parking Citation and Meter Management Services and Solution

Vendor needs to provide parking citation and meter management services and solution.- Provide secure hosting and support for all functions, ensuring availability through the Internet for all devices, including desktop and mobile computers, phones, tablets, and other wireless devices. The City shall not be required to install or maintain software on servers owned or managed by the City.- Responsible for taking every precaution to ensure the reliability of all systems, files, data, equipment, communications, and facilities.- Responsible for virus detection, prevention, control, and eradication for all System servers and connected devices.- System uptime is critical. The Contractor will maintain 99.5% or greater annual uptime for the System as a whole, including any essential subsystems in solution operation.- As the PCI Data Security Standard evolves, the Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining compliance with that standard at the Contractor's sole expense.- Provide a public-facing online portal available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. - Portal shall enable customers to pay citations, purchase and manage permits, enroll in and manage payment plans, request meter hooding reservations, submit refund requests, and access account history. - Portal shall be accessible via standard web browser on desktop and mobile devices without requiring special client software. The portal shall display a clear disclosure of any convenience fees prior to transaction completion.- The System should support access to reports within a web browser.
