Vendor needs to provide brand awareness, perception and audience segmentation research services.1. Research planning:- Conduct project kick-off meetings.- Develop research instruments and methodologies.2. Quantitative research:- Design and administer a statistically valid statewide survey.- Collect data from representative stakeholder audiences.- Measure awareness, perceptions, accessibility, reputation, engagement, and institutional impact.- Analyze results by geographic, demographic, and audience segments.3. Qualitative research:- Conduct focus groups, interviews, or similar qualitative research activities.- Explore audience motivations, barriers, perceptions, and opportunities.4. Audience segmentation:- Identify meaningful audience segments.- Develop audience profiles and personas.- Identify communication preferences, motivations, and barriers associated with each segment.5. Data analysis and reporting:- Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative findings.- Identify key themes, trends, opportunities, and challenges.
