(1) Vendor needs to provide online ticketing and tour booking system1. Platform Implementation- Deliver and configure a web-based ticketing and booking platform- Provide all required software, setup, and deployment services- Ensure system is ready for full operational use2. Online Booking & Ticketing- Enable online ticket sales and tour reservations- Provide real-time availability, scheduling, and capacity management- Display tour details, pricing, and schedules- Send automated confirmations, receipts, and reminders3. Payment & Donation Processing- Integrate secure online payment system- Support credit/debit cards and digital payments- Allow ticket purchases and optional donations4. Administration & Operations- Provide admin dashboard to manage tours, pricing, and bookings- Enable role-based access for staff and users- Maintain visitor data in a secure, searchable system- Provide calendar view and attendee information5. Reporting & Data Management- Provide reporting on attendance, revenue, and donations- Enable export of data and integration with CRM/email tools- Deliver analytics dashboard6. User Experience- Ensure mobile-friendly and easy-to-use interface- Provide clear navigation and customer information access7. Security & Compliance- Ensure PCI DSS compliant payment processing- Meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)- Provide secure data storage and system reliability8. Training & Support- Provide system training for staff- Offer ongoing support and maintenance- Ensure reliable system uptime9.
