USA (Ridgeland, South Carolina) – Greenbelt Program Manager Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide greenbelt program manager service to the government authority located in Ridgeland, SC. - Provide program and financial management, project management, and due diligence for greenbelt projects.- Program management will be excluded from projects submitted and awarded through the sales tax program. - A comprehensive greenbelt study shall be undertaken by a selected party, and a recommended greenbelt plan.- Develop consistent design criteria, standards, and specifications for use on projects developed by the program.- Develop and maintain a program financial plan to forecast program revenues, project expenditures, and cash balances.- The financial plan shall be in accordance with the greenbelt plan, and the consultant will participate in the annual planning process.- Determine a method to evaluate project benefit and cost, conduct risk analysis as needed, and make recommendations based on analysis.- Provide quarterly financial reports to include revenues, encumbrances, and expenditures.- Feedback and priorities from local conservation and historic resource partners, stakeholders.- Review and maintain project related correspondence and files.- Program and financial management.- Project management services.  - Greenbelt study.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for five years.          (4) Pre-proposal conference will be held on June 30, 2026.
