USA (Texas) – Court Projection and Projection Mapping Solution

(1) Vendor needs to provide court projection and projection mapping solution. - Provide court projection and/or projection mapping services.  - Develop, plan, recommend and implement an immersive audio-visual solution utilizing high-powered projection technology to transform the basketball and volleyball court surface into a dynamic digital display environment for athletic events, special events and other agency functions.• Projection mapping solution:- Design and recommend an immersive court projection and/or projection mapping system. - Provide all equipment, software, and related technology necessary for the proposed solution. - Describe the proposed projection technology and system architecture. - Identify all equipment specifications, capabilities, and limitations. - Detail all infrastructure requirements, including power, networking, mounting locations, environmental requirements, and any facility modifications necessary for successful implementation.• Content development and creation:- Develop and provide real-time or pre-programmed 3D animations, player introductions, team graphics, sponsor recognition, visual effects, and other custom content designed for projection directly onto the court surface. - Describe the content creation process, including design, review, revision, approval, and deployment procedures. - Identify any software platforms used for content creation and playback. - Describe any limitations on future content modifications or additions.• Installation and commissioning:- Provide installation, configuration, calibration, testing, and commissioning services necessary to place the system into full operation. - Coordinate installation activities with agency personnel. - Conduct system testing to verify functionality and performance.• Training and documentation:- Provide training for designated agency personnel on system operation, content management, and routine maintenance. - Provide user manuals, technical documentation, and operational procedures.• Warranty and support(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) An optional non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.
