USA (Ypsilanti, Michigan) – Master Plan Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide master plan service to the government authority located in Ypsilanti, MI.   - Planning consultants to assist in a comprehensive update of the master plan.  - Master Plan should reflect unique character, values, and aspirations; address current and emerging challenges; and align with regional planning efforts.   - Develop a prioritized implementation plan with timelines, responsible parties, cost considerations, and measurable indicators.- Document engagement outcomes and integrate them into plan recommendations.- Develop a clear, data-driven understanding of existing conditions, trends, and future scenarios.- Provide digital and print-ready formats, including maps, graphics, and appendices.- A master plan that is implementable, measurable, and aligned with state planning requirements.- Strong graphic design, mapping, and data analysis capabilities.- Provide GIS-based deliverables compatible with systems.- Existing conditions and data analysis.- Vision, goals, and policy framework.- Future land use plan and mapping.- Implementation strategy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
