Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide interior renovation project services to the government authority located in Charleston, WV.- Provide programming and comprehensive, full-service architectural and engineering design, including construction administration, for the interior renovation.- The project will be delivered in multiple phases within a partially occupied building and will include, at a minimum, design services for the architectural, mechanical, electrical,plumbing, and fire protection disciplines. - The project scope also incorporates hazardous material abatement as well as construction administration efforts.
