Vendor needs to provide non-litigation legal services to support its operational, administrative, and policy functions related to workforce management and the movement of personnel across international borders to the government authority located in Washington, DC.- These services are strictly non-litigation in nature and are intended to provide proactive legal guidance, compliance support, and risk mitigation.- Employment Compliance- Revision of and Application of Mission Human Resources policies- Local Compensation Plan- Ongoing possibility of legal dispute- Workplace Policies- Wage & Hour Compliance- Visa & Work Authorization- Residency & Status Compliance- Document Review & Preparation- Consular & Administrative Liaison- Repatriation & Emergency Situations
