USA (Leander, Texas) – Construction Manager at Risk Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Leander, TX.- Project Executive (Half Time). - Project Manager on site (Full Time). - Superintendent(s) on site (Full Time). - Assistant Superintendent(s) (Full Time). - Clean-up (General, including but not limited to site cleanup). - Clean-up (Substantial and Final). - Drug Screening Costs. - Aerial photos (monthly). - Engineering (survey & layout) -. Erosion Control.- Shop Drawings / Blue Printing / Printing / Copying with all shipping and handling costs for submittals from General Contractor to Subs and Architect/Engineers Offices. - Site Photography and Videotaping. - Small Tools and communication devices. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
