USA (Rocky Hill, Connecticut) – Janitorial Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Rocky Hill, CT.• Provide all cleaning products, including (glass cleaner, sanitizers, stainless steel cleaner, wax, etc.).• Vacuum all closets in executive offices.• Clean and polish furniture in executive offices as needed.• Remove chairs from walls in all conference rooms and vacuum.• Sanitize all common touch points (e.g., doorknobs/handles, light switches)• Dust all surfaces, including windowsills, moldings, ledges, shelves, frames, baseboards, partitions, etc.• Empty all waste and recycling baskets and remove to trash/recycling handling area.• Dust and clean all horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs, and tables.• Dust and clean all conference room tables and countertops, free of food and fingerprints.• Vacuum all closets in executive offices.• Clean and polish furniture in executive offices as needed.• Remove chairs from walls in all conference rooms and vacuum.• Dust all pictures, frames, charts, graphs, and similar wall hangings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) A pre-bid walk through will be held on June 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
