USA (Reno, Nevada) – Board Administration, Operational and Team Development Consulting Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide board administration, operational and team development consulting services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.- Strategic Plan identifies “People” as a core strategic priority, emphasizing the importance of building a strong organizational culture, investing in leadership development, and fostering collaborative and supportive working relationships across all levels of the organization.- These services include confidential assessments, experiential training, and facilitated follow-up sessions to measure progress and reinforce improvements, all coordinated with the Board administration and operational work to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.- Review Board structure, bylaws, committees, and processes. -  Create a structured onboarding process for new Trustees. - Suggest improvements to meeting effectiveness and decision-making processes. - Provide benchmarking tools against peer Airport Authorities. - Provide guidance on Board oversight during major capital projects. - Facilitate sensitive administration and operational conversations. - Conduct confidential assessments designed to understand Trustees’ perspectives, priorities, and opportunities for growth. - Facilitate follow-up sessions, as needed, to measure progress, identify shifts in effectiveness, and provide recommendations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
