Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing services.- Propose, develop, and execute public awareness campaigns that include strategic planning, production and implementation of outreach materials and products, distribution strategies, and methods for measuring effectiveness.- Research-based media placement and purchasing services that include television, radio, print, Internet, mobile, and out-of-home. - This includes monitoring of media buys and metrics-based measurement of effectiveness.- All mobile apps must be provided as a platform as a service, hosted and supported.- Videos hosted within the respective department websites must meet the department's video standards. - Videos posted on campaign websites must be accessible as stated above.- Copywriting appropriate for the medium, e.g., print, website, e-mail, video script, banner, brochure and other deliverables. - Spanish, Vietnamese, and other translation services may be requested.- Mobile app and website development/maintenance. - Print advertising (e.g. newspaper, magazine).(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
