USA (Trenton, New Jersey) – Program Administration and Management Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide program administration and management services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.- Transitioning existing processes and procedures for financial management.- Transitioning outreach and communication and call centers.- Processing, budgeting, and reporting of applications and invoices; - Transferring data and pending applications.- Streamline the administrative process of development, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of all State-led programs and initiatives at the lowest reasonable cost compared to those historically experienced by the program.- Coordinate program delivery with Utility-led initiatives.- Improve the level of energy savings; level of evaluation, measurement, and verification (EM&V); and overall performance of programs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21,2026.(3) An optional pre-bid conference will be held on July 7, 2026.
