USA (North Haven, Connecticut) – Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide multi-jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan update services to the government authority located in North Haven, CT.- Incorporate existing datasets and planning resources to support the update of the regional hazard mitigation plan, including the analysis of hazards, vulnerabilities, stakeholder coordination, and preparation of planning documents and related materials.- Include hazard mitigation planning, geospatial analysis, regional and municipal planning, and technical report.- Emphasize implementation-oriented mitigation planning, regional coordination, resilience-based decision making, and the advancement of actionable projects that reduce long-term vulnerability to natural hazards while supporting broader community planning objectives.- Prepare updated GIS-based hazard and vulnerability mapping utilizing the best available federal, state, regional, and municipal datasets.- Planning process and coordination.- Risk assessment and existing conditions analysis.- Capability assessment and mitigation strategy development.- Plan integration, maintenance plan, and adoption.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10,2026.
