USA (North Haven, Connecticut) – Regional Plan of Conservation and Development Update Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide regional plan of conservation and development (POCD) update services to the government authority located in North Haven, CT.- Update shall establish a comprehensive regional planning framework intended to guide conservation, development, infrastructure, housing, transportation, environmental stewardship, resilience planning, and intermunicipal coordination throughout the region.- Regional POCD Update is anticipated to generally include the following planning components:• Engagement and regional vision• Demographic and socioeconomic conditions• Community and cultural assets• Public health and environmental justice• Governance and regional coordination• Housing• Transportation• Economic development• Utilities, infrastructure, and solid waste management• Open space and natural resources• Water resources, climate resilience, and hazard mitigation integration• Land use and development patterns• Regional strategy consolidation, performance measures and implementation actions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10,2026.
