Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide collection agency services to the government authority located in Lincolnwood, IL.• The successful respondent is anticipated to be involved in the collection of various types of receivables, including but not limited to:1. Miscellaneous accounts receivable and returned check payments for various services2. Community Development fees3. Licenses and permits4. Administrative Hearing Judgements5. Delinquent fines, parking citations and other violations6. Recreation programs and activities7. Alarm Billing fees(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026
