Vendor needs to provide internship preparation, employer connection assistance and placement services to establish multiple Human Care Agreements to provide high quality, structured internship preparation, employer networking, and internship placement assistance for youth between the ages of 16 and 24 with and without special needs to the government authority located in Washington, DC.- Internship preparation, employer networking, and internship placement assistance will help participants identify, obtain, and successfully retain internships which improve their marketability and ability to obtain permanent employment in competitive and high-earning career paths.• Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills• Problem Solving Skills• Collaboration & Team Culture• Professional Relationships and Boundaries• Workplace Ethics• Time Management• Financial Literacy• search for internships through various mediums including online, employer websites, internship fairs, etc.• creation of professional resumes for participants aligned with internship requirements and participants’ academic, volunteer, and work experience• preparation of participants’ packages to request recommendation letters including recommendation templates, “brag sheets”, etc.• assisting with completion of internship applications
