USA (El Paso, Texas) – Fire Alarm, Protection Equipment, Inspections and Repair, Replacement Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm, protection equipment, inspections and repair, replacement services to the government authority located in El Paso, TX.- Fire protection equipment, systems, maintenance, repairs and replacements, including fire sprinkler branch lines, repair of fire pump, repair of accordion and rolling fire doors, fire hydrants and annual inspections - Conduct an annual sprinkler system inspection on nine (9) risers.- Conduct an annual inspection at two (2) hazmat buildings- Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.(2) A pre-bid mandatory site visits will be held on July 7 and 8, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
