USA (Newton, Massachusetts) – Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering and Related Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and related services to the government authority located in Newton, MA.- Mechanical, Controls and HVAC replacements/upgrades at various school and municipal buildings.- Plumbing replacements/upgrades at various school and municipal buildings.- Energy analysis of various school and municipal buildings.- Preparation of various trade contract specifications for “on call” service contracts.- Electrical, lighting replacements/upgrades at various school and municipal buildings.- Emergency generator replacement at various school and municipal buildings.- Security system installations at various school and municipal buildings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
