(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY.        - Commercial real estate brokerage firm to provide brokerage, marketing, valuation, and transaction management services for the disposition of district-owned real property as assigned.- The property includes typical school-related improvements, which may include classrooms, administrative offices, common areas, gymnasium facilities, cafeteria space, parking, and outdoor areas. Interested brokerage firms will be provided access to additional property information and due diligence materials as they become available.- Conduct a comprehensive review of the property and its redevelopment potential.- Create and maintain online property listings on appropriate commercial real estate platforms.- Property brochures and electronic marketing materials.- Property evaluation and market analysis.- Marketing strategy and materials.- Buyer identification and outreach.- Marketing administration and reporting.- Marketing and disposition strategy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for five years.          (4) Pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
