Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide commencement photography services. • Photographers should also photograph all master’s and doctoral degree candidates during the hooding portion of the ceremony (this would serve as a fourth photo)• Supplier must arrive at least 1.5 hours prior to the start of the commencement ceremony.• Supplier must be able to provide name cards for commencement ceremonies. Will be approximately 500 cards for winter commencement and 1250 for spring commencement.
