- Vendor needs to provide professional polling and public opinion research service to the government authority located in Hayden, CO. - A professional polling and public opinion research firm that will partner with the authority to conduct a public opinion survey, evaluate the probability of voter approval of a revenue raising ballot measure, and present data to provide guidance on placing a revenue measure on the ballot.- Development of a statistically valid survey instrument proposed for voter opinion poll on a revenue raising ballot measure.- Develop and implement a statistically valid survey and measure survey results by voter demographics.- Provide comprehensive public opinion survey services.
