USA (Bristol, Tennessee) – Student Support Coordinators Services

Vendor needs to provide student support coordinators services designed to improve student behavior, attendance, school connectedness, family engagement, and access to community-based support services to the government authority located in Bristol, TN.• Services shall focus on identifying barriers to student success, Tier I, Tier II and Tier III programming and interventions, strengthening family-school partnerships, improving student engagement, supporting positive behavioral outcomes, and facilitating referrals to appropriate community resources to support basic needs and mental health.• Student support coordinators shall support all students identified through district and school-level processes and may support districtwide initiatives or emerging student needs.• Student support coordinators shall work collaboratively with school administrators, school counselors, district attendance personnel, MTSS teams, RTI²-A teams, RTI²-B teams, safety teams, and other student support personnel.• Student support coordinators shall participate in school and district meetings as requested, including attendance meetings, behavior meetings, MTSS meetings, student support meetings, family engagement activities, and professional development opportunities.• Student support coordinators shall assist schools with student intake processes, student support planning, attendance interventions, behavioral interventions, family outreach, referral coordination, and school connectedness initiatives.• Student support coordinators shall coordinate services and support across schools and district departments as needed to ensure students and families receive appropriate interventions and referrals.
