USA (California) – Federal Advocacy Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide federal advocacy service• Serve as a strategic partner to providing federal legislative and budget monitoring, policy analysis, relationship-building with congressional delegation and relevant federal agencies, development of advocacy materials, and strategic counsel to support the advancement and protection of early childhood policies and investments that benefit children and families• Federal Legislative and Budget Monitoring and Analysis• Direct Federal Advocacy and Policy Engagement• Policy Development and Advocacy Materials• Reporting and Strategic Counsel(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
