(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager services for bus stop improvements project to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL.         - To provide oversight, inspection, ADA compliance review, permitting coordination, documentation management, and closeout support for all construction activities performed by the construction contractor.• Pre-Construction Services• Construction Phase Services- Field Inspections & Monitoring- Utility & Right-of-Way Coordination- Issue Resolution- Schedule & Progress Tracking• Compliance, Documentation & Reporting• Final Inspections & Closeout(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
