USA (Longview, Texas) – Community Survey Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide community survey services to the government authority located in Longview, TX.- Develop a comprehensive, statistically valid public opinion survey instrument for 2026 that ascertains resident perception of City services, general government issues, quality of life issues, demographic information and service priorities.- Surveys should be targeted to each of the City’s six (6) City Council Districts.- Develop a procedure to inform randomly selected households of their selection to participate in the survey, and a mechanism for receiving the completed surveys.- Issue the survey instrument and collect all responses.- Perform analysis of data collected(2) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
