USA (Texas) – RFI for Asset Tracking Solution

(1) Vendor needs to provide asset tracking solution.- An enterprise-grade solution capable of tracking and locating assets using either active or passive RFID (or a hybrid approach).- Information from qualified vendors regarding an asset tracking solution to improve visibility, accountability, and lifecycle management of agency-owned assets across campus buildings and operations.- Solution does not need continuous, precise real-time location of all assets, but must support:- Preferred System Features- Asset registry and lifecycle (in-service, repair, retired, lost, transferred).- Role-based access controls and departmental segmentation.- Dashboards and reporting (standard reports + ad hoc).- Data retention and export options.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
