Vendor needs to provide substance abuse and mental health services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Program is for the prevention of suicide, suicide attempts, and deaths by suicide among youth and young adults through the age of 24 in Tribal communities.• Strategic Priorities to address serious mental illness and improve access to evidence-based treatment for mental illness, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.• This network can improve outcomes through community-wide policies and procedures that incorporate Indigenous knowledge and healing methods.• The prevention of suicide, suicide attempts, and deaths by suicide among AI/AN youth and young adults through the age of 24 in Tribal communities.
