Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial services to the government authority located in California. - Provide financial services for auctions and reserve sale.- Multi-jurisdiction joint allowances auctions, joint auctions, which are currently held quarterly or potential joint auctions, which are anticipated to be held quarterly.- Jurisdiction-specific allowances auctions, such as state’s auctions, which are currently held quarterly.- Potential jurisdiction-specific reserve sales, such as sales, which are held on an ad hoc basis only when prerequisite conditions are met.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
