USA (Sacramento, California) – System Architect Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide system architect service to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. - Provide system architect, solution architect, technical lead, and software application designer and developer for a large organization.- Develop technical impact analysis and research papers to support managements’ decision-making process.- Develop prospective bridging architecture options where the existing solutions can continue to fulfil business needs, partially or wholly, in order to accommodate the phased deployments of functionalities of the new solution.- Guide and identify activities from a system architecture perspective, which have technical impacts and dependencies.- Ensure on-time and with quality completion of solution development and implementation per design specification and project requirements and objectives.- Regularly log, track, and update technical risks and issues.- Discover, analyze, document and communicate technical risks and architectural impacts.- Impact analysis of to-be business architecture.- Impact analysis of to-be technical architecture.- Technical and implementation dependencies.- Monitor and evaluate the quality of technical deliverables and timely progress of technical activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
