USA (Asheville, North Carolina) – Master Plan Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide master plan services to the government authority located in Asheville, NC.- The final Master Plan must serve as a financial and operational roadmap and demonstrate the proposed development characteristics for the Collective Site.- Housing Strategy: Develop a mixed-income housing strategy to include rental and homeownership units of various building typologies, ensuring the final plan includes a minimum of 340 housing units. - Public Amenities: recreation, community facilities, and wellness/supportive services for public use, aligning with the goal of creating positive community impact and well-being. - Infrastructure & Connectivity: Identify conceptual streetscape, multimodal transportation (including connectivity infrastructure to support proposed uses), and utility improvements required.
