USA (California) – Strategic Planning Consultant Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant services. - Provide strategic planning consulting services for the development of the commission’s 2027-2032 strategic plan. - Consultant will review available documentation related to the commission’s operations, programs, and current strategic plan, including relevant county policies, reports, and efforts (e.g., government reform task force).- Conduct focus groups with commissioners and various key stakeholders to identify goals and define objectives.- Consultant will analyze the data and results collected and create a report based on the input and at the direction of the commission that includes a proposed draft of the strategic plan and proposed next steps for executing the strategic plan.- Consultant will summarize feedback received from commissioners and stakeholders, as well as information derived from the review of relevant reports and ongoing county efforts.- Data and results of interviews and outreach.- Develop a project strategy and timeline summary following the kick-off meeting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
