Scope of Work

(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing communications consulting services. - provide marketing, advertising, and public relations services to promote clean energy program, services, and initiatives.   - Including marketing strategy for customer programs, development of creative assets and content, and multilingual outreach and media campaign execution.- Produce Creative Assets and Content for Marketing Execution:• Design and produce branded creative assets across digital, print, and multimedia channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. • Develop campaign visuals, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, email marketing, digital ads, print materials, and signage.- Marketing Strategy for Building and Transportation Electrification Programs:• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase participation in building electrification programs (e.g., heat pumps, water heaters, induction cooking) and transportation electrification programs (e.g., EV rebates, charging incentives). • Conduct audience segmentation and customer journey mapping to identify key barriers, motivators, and opportunities to drive adoption across residential and commercial customers. • Create targeted messaging frameworks that emphasize affordability, energy savings, comfort, and environmental benefits of electrification. • Identify priority customer segments (e.g., low-income, renters, small businesses, data centers) and develop tailored outreach strategies for each group. - Develop and Execute Outreach Plans and Media Campaigns for Multilingual Communities:• Develop culturally relevant, multilingual outreach strategies to increase awareness and participation in programs among diverse communities. • Identify priority language groups (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese) and tailor messaging to reflect cultural values, needs, and communication preferences. • Plan and execute integrated media campaigns across ethnic media outlets, digital platforms, radio, print, and community channels. • Partner with trusted community-based organizations (CBOs), local leaders, and events to expand reach and build credibility. • Create and distribute translated and trans created marketing materials, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.• Develop and implement grassroots engagement strategies, including ambassador or influencer partnerships within target communities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
