Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce marketing cloud customer engagement platform. - Provide strategic, technical, and operational support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support ongoing customer communications, campaign execution, system optimization, analytics, and compliance. - Services may include planning, implementation, configuration, campaign delivery, documentation, and staff support.- Engagement is to ensure used effectively, securely, and in alignment with organizational communications, marketing, and customer engagement objectives.- Provide strategic guidance on architecture, use cases, and roadmap. - Email, mobile and social studio.- Web studio and cloud pages.- Build and manage data extensions, filters, and queries.- Support integrations with Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems, data feeds including data warehouse, or Application Programming Interfaces (API).- Troubleshoot errors, performance issues, and data sync problems. - Advise on best practices for email, journeys, data extensions, and automation. - Support campaign planning, segmentation strategies, and audience targeting. - Configure dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation logic.- Support modular and reusable email design frameworks. - Support campaign performance analysis for the metrics, open rates, Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversions.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
