USA (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) – Multipurpose Stadium Audio Visual Construction Management at Risk Project Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide multipurpose stadium audio visual construction management at risk project services to the government authority located in Oklahoma City, OK.- Provide (2) 200’x75’ construction entrance in addition to a 12’x50’ construction entrance shown on plans.- Trade Partner is responsible for clear and grub of existing vegetation and trees.- Major earthwork, finish grade pavement, backfill of curbs, finish grade of sidewalks, and finish grade of site.- Trade partner shall perform all required excavation and floor slab (i.e. building slabs and concourse) cut as specified in the Geotechnical Report.- Trade partner is not responsible for the identification, testing, handling, or removal of hazardous or contaminated soil.- Trade shall be responsible for hauling and proper disposal of all uncontrolled soil.(2) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.
