(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services to the government authority located in Visalia, CA.- Provide a project plan that includes:- Communication plan.- Tentative schedule with estimates.- Risk identification and management plan.- Provide opportunities for community input, especially from individuals with disabilities and advocacy groups, to identify areas of concern not captured in field inspections.- Provide GIS data to City including final inventory and mapping of barriers and recommendations where applicable.- The plans shall serve as strategic tools for compliance, capital planning, and ongoing accessibility improvements.(2) Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 01, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
