Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide grant development, writing professionals and strategic consultation service.• The Agency is seeking qualified individuals, firms, or teams to provide high-level grant development and strategic consultation services• Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis through task orders or work authorizations, with emphasis on high-impact opportunities that align with County priorities in health, behavioral health, homelessness, social services, justice, libraries, and community infrastructure• Consultants may be engaged for any or all of the following activities:• Strategic Consultation and Opportunity Assessment: Provide expert analysis of potential fundingopportunities.• Planning and Facilitation: Lead or co-facilitate grant planning and strategy sessions.• Research and Evidence-Based Design: Conduct targeted research on community needs.• Proposal Development and Writing: Draft, edit, and refine full grant applications...• Program Design Components: Develop comprehensive evaluation plans, logic models.• Customization and Submission: Adapt proposals to the unique requirements.• Funder Landscape Monitoring: Provide proactive intelligence on emerging funding opportunities.• Post-Award Support and Transition: Deliver debriefs on awarded and non-awarded applications.• Partnership and Consortium Development: Assist in identifying, vetting, and structuring collaborativepartnerships.• Capacity Building and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver targeted training, workshops, or coaching.• Additional Strategic Support: Perform other related consultation services as mutually agreed upon.- Reporting requirements will typically include:• Weekly time tracking, broken down by major activity...• Detailed invoices that align with the approved project scope and budget.• Periodic summaries of progress, deliverables completed, and any challenges encountered(2) The contract period will be for one year.
